Adults-- it's time for you! Come get your FLIP on...all while getting fit at the same time!

 

Adult Open Workout Gymnastics at a truly 23K sq ft spectacular location.

Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 pm    ---  No experience necessary.

 

This is an Open Workout specifically for those ages 18 and up.

Options for registration (must have account in our Customer Portal):

1.  Monthly Class enrollment:  Tuition ($122/mo) - paid through Auto Draft.

For this option, participant must also pay our Annual Registration Fee (normally $75 but use Promo Code SDE10ARF to receive $10 off) in which participant receives USC T-shirt.

2.  Punch Card: Buy 10 classes ($287.50)  - use within 100 days.

3. Day Pass:  $40

 Call ahead and pay over the phone or when you come in.

Takes place in our Competition Team Gym which includes:

  • an over-sized spring floor
  • rod tumbling strip
  • 2 vault tables
  • uneven bars
  • parallel bars
  • Ropes
  • pit bar and trench bar
  • strap bar
  • 40 ft tumble track
  • in-ground trampoline,
  • balance beams and more.

USC staff will lead warm-up/stretch and offer assistance with drill and apparatus set up, strength and flexibility work and corrections.

All levels are welcome!

 Bring:
  • your own plastic container for chalk (if you need chalk for bars, we sell blocks of chalks for use on bars)
  • water bottle
