Girls Developmental / Pre-team Gymnastics

Pixies
Girls' Developmental Gymnastics
- Age Group: 3-4 years
- Attendance: Once per week
- Session Duration: 75 minutes
The Pixies class is the perfect starting point for young girls passionate about gymnastics and aspiring to compete. Each session focuses on building the strength, coordination, and flexibility necessary for mastering Junior Olympic Level 1 basic skills.
Enrollment and Evaluation Requirements
- Current Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an ongoing class.
- Skill Mastery: Must have mastered all required skills for Pixies or Fairies teams.
- Consistent Performance: Must perform required skills successfully for three consecutive weeks.
Upon meeting these criteria, a coach will submit a move-up slip, and parents will receive an invitation to join the Ultimate Sports Connection Developmental Team.
Fairies
Girls' Developmental Gymnastics
- Age Group: 5-7 years
- Attendance: Twice per week
- Session Duration: 75 minutes each
The Fairies class is designed for girls who are passionate about gymnastics and aim to compete. The program emphasizes developing the necessary skills for Junior Olympic Level 1, with sessions held twice a week.
Enrollment and Evaluation Requirements
- Current Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an ongoing class.
- Skill Mastery: Must have mastered all required skills for Pixies or Fairies teams.
- Consistent Performance: Must perform required skills successfully for three consecutive weeks.
Upon meeting these criteria, a coach will submit a move-up slip, and parents will receive an invitation to join the Ultimate Sports Connection Developmental Team.
Griffins
Pre-Team Gymnastics
- Age Group: 8 years and older
- Attendance: Twice per week
- Session Duration: 2 hours each (Total 4 hours/week)
- Class Schedule: Thursdays 4-6 PM, Saturdays 11 AM-1 PM
The Griffins pre-team is tailored for athletes preparing to try out for our Competitive teams. This program focuses on refining skills, attitude, and work ethic necessary for competitive gymnastics.
Enrollment and Evaluation Requirements:
- Skill Level: Must meet required skill level prerequisites.
- Attitude and Work Ethic: Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Consistent Attendance: Must maintain consistent attendance.
Once these requirements are fulfilled, a coach will submit a move-up slip, and parents will receive an invitation to join the Ultimate Sports Connection Developmental Team.
An evaluation and invitation is required prior to enrollment.
