Girls Developmental Gymnastics

Our Developmental Program is in place for girls ages 3-7 who wish to gain the skills needed to join one of the competitive teams.
- One Free Trial class per child.
- Annual Registration Fee payment of $75/child, and pro-rated current monthly tuition.
Pixies
Girls' Developmental Gymnastics
This class is the first step for girls ages 3-4 who are passionate about gymnastics and dream of competing. Class is 75 minutes and focuses on gaining the strength, coordination and flexibility required to master Junior Olympic Level 1 basic skills. An evaluation is required prior to enrollment.
Pre-req's:
- 3/4 controlled handstand
- Cartwheel
- Back roll down cheese
- Front roll stand up
- Bridge hold (2 secs)
- Chin hold (5 secs)
- Pullover with spot to front support
Fairies
This class is the next step for girls ages 3-5 who are passionate about gymnastics and dream of competing. Class is 75 minutes per class twice per week and focuses on gaining the strength, coordination and flexibility required to master Junior Olympic Level 1 basic skills. An evaluation and invitation is required prior to enrollment.

- 3/4 controlled handstand
- Cartwheel
- Back roll down cheese
- Front roll stand up
- Bridge hold (2 secs)
- Chin hold (5 secs)
- Pullover with spot to front support
- Step 1 for girls ages 3-5 who are passionate about gymnastics and dream of competing.
- 60 minutes / focuses on gaining the strength, coordination and flexibility required to master Competitive Level 1 basic skills.
- An evaluation and invitation is required prior to enrollment.
Griffins
- This pre-team for our athletes ages 8 and older who will eventually be trying out for our Competitive teams.
- Class meets twice/week- 2hrs / class; total of 4 hours per week.
- Thursdays 4-6 pm and Saturdays 11 am-1 pm.
- There are skill level, attitude and work ethic, consistent attendance prerequisites.
- An evaluation and invitation is required prior to enrollment.
