Welcome, Team Families!  

Girls' Competitive Gymnastics

For girls ages 5-18, we offer competitive training for USAG  levels 2 -10, all Xcel Levels & TOPs. Our goal is to help these young athletes reach their potential in gymnastics while embodying our core values of Unity, Strength and Character in the gym, at home, and in their community.

Boys' Competitive Gymnastics

For boys ages 5-18, we offer competitive training teams for USAG Level 3 - 8.  Our Level 5's are State Champions for 2025!

STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

LEVEL 3 AGE 6-7:

    • 6th on Rings, 1st & 2nd on Vault, 2nd on Parallel Bars, 4th & 6th on High Bar

LEVEL 4 AGE 8-9:

    • 2nd on Floor, 6th on Vault

AGE 12+:

    • 3rd on Floor, 5th on Mushroom, 1st on Vault, 3rd on High Bar

LEVEL 5 AGE 9-11 (All USC gymnasts were 8-9 years old):

    • 2nd & 5th on Floor, 2nd & 3rd on Mushroom, 2nd, 3rd, & 5th on Vault, 1st & 2nd 0n Parallel Bars, 1st on High Bar, 4th & 6th AllAround, 1st Place Team (USC L5 gymnasts were clearly not only the youngest team, but the best team at State Championship as well!)

LEVEL 8 JE AGE 12-13 (USC gymnast was age 11):

    • 4th on Floor, 1st on Pommel Horse, 1st on Rings, 2nd on Parallel Bars, 1st on High Bar, 1st All-Around

REGION 1 CHAMPIONSHIPS

LEVEL 4 AGE 13+:

    • 3rd on Floor, 6th on Vault, 6th on High Bar

LEVEL 5 AGE 9 (Only 10 gymnasts in Region 1 qualified to this Championship and 5 of them were
from USC!):

    • 2nd, 3rd & 6th on Floor, 4th, 5th & 6th on Mushroom, 3rd & 4th on Rings, 1st, 4th,
      & 6th on Vault, 4th & 5th on Parallel Bars, 2nd & 6th on High Bar, 3rd, 5th & 6th All-Around

LEVEL 8 AGE 8JE:

    • 4th on Floor, 3rd on Pommel Horse, 5th on Rings, 1st on Vault, 4th on High Bar, 3rd All-Around

Coach Eric Totman, the boys head coach, is a well-respected coach throughout NorCal and the nation. He was a former CSU Men’s gymnastics team member, coaches all levels and has had 22 athletes make it onto the USA Gymnastics National Team. He has been a clinician at many regional and national congresses as well as owning his own gymnastics program.

Our goal is to help these young male athletes reach their potential in gymnastics while embodying our core values of Unity, Strength and Character in the gym, at home, and in their community.
