Girls Competitive Teams

For girls ages 5-18, we offer competitive training teams for USAG  Levels & 6, -10, TOPs and NGA  Levels 2-5 and Bronze - Platinum.

Our goal is to help these young athletes reach their potential in gymnastics while embodying our core values of Unity, Strength and Character in the gym, at home, and in their community.

Boys Competitive Teams

For boys ages 5-18, we offer competitive training teams for USA Gymnastics levels 3-10. Our boy's team currently has a USA Gymnastics National Team Member on our team as well as several young gymnasts that will undoubtedly someday be on a USA Gymnastics National Team!

Our goal is to help these young male athletes reach their full potential in gymnastics while embodying our core values of Unity, Strength and Character in the gym, at home, and in their community.

You will not find another gymnastics club in the East Bay Area whose men's coach has a proven track record of developing gymnasts of all ages towards high levels of gymnastics as coach Eric has accomplished. If you are seeking a serious club for your son to train at to reach his full potential, you've come to the right place at USC!

Coach Eric Totman, (our boys team head coach) is a well-respected coach throughout NorCal and the nation. He was a former CSU Sacramento Men’s gymnastics team member and has coached all levels from age 4 though a college team.

Coach Eric is one of only a handful of coaches in the USA that has coached 24 male gymnasts who have been on USA Gymnastics National Teams as well as an Olympian! He has also been a clinician at many regional and national clinics and congresses as well as a past gymnastics club owner.
