Cassandra Nguyen combines elite athletic experience with a passion for youth development. Her journey began at SCATS Gymnastics in Southern California, where she excelled as a Level 7 gymnast and later transitioned to dance and cheerleading, performing internationally with the USA All-Star Cheerleaders. After earning her degree from Saint Mary’s College, she danced professionally, including three seasons as an NFL cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers, performing on global stages. Her love for teaching led her to become a kindergarten teacher and later, the head director of the Saint Mary’s College dance team, which she led for nine successful seasons. Inspired by her daughter, Cassandra returned to gymnastics, now specializing in coaching pre-team and compulsory levels, with a focus on beam and floor events.
